Salami produced with pork belly and ham from the EC, coarsely minced, salted, flavoured and stuffed into synthetic casings. The product is seasoned according to tradition in controlled environments, keeping it pressed between steel grids to ensure the typical shape and consistency. The salami is available in two versions, one classic sweet, the other spicy. The salami is available in different formats, packaged loose or vacuum-packed in compliance with current regulations.
