These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the website https://prestigjalb.com and to orders placed with PrestigjAlb, a distributor of imported food products for the HoReCa sector, based at Autostrada Tiranë–Durrës, Km 5, Tirana, Albania.

By using this website or placing an order, you accept these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. Where a separate supply agreement exists with a customer, that agreement takes priority over these Terms.
2. Products and catalogue
Our website and catalogue present the products we import and distribute. Product names, descriptions, pack sizes and photos are provided for information and may change, for example when a manufacturer changes its packaging or recipe. Always check the product label for the current ingredients, allergens, storage conditions and best-before date.
Availability changes over time. Nothing on the website is a binding offer.
3. Orders
You can place orders by phone, email or through our sales representatives. We will confirm availability, prices and delivery details. An order is binding when we confirm it.
We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable or in case of suspected fraud.
4. Prices and payment
Prices, discounts and payment terms are set out in our offer, order confirmation, supply agreement or invoice.
5. Delivery
We deliver within Albania. Delivery times and conditions are confirmed with each order. Chilled and frozen products are transported in conditions that protect the cold chain.
Please check the goods on delivery, including quantities, packaging, temperature of chilled or frozen products and best-before dates, and note any problem on the delivery document. After delivery, the customer is responsible for storing products correctly according to the label.
6. Claims and returns
If a product is damaged, incorrect, expired or not what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible with photos and the order or invoice details. We will replace the product, issue a credit or refund it, as agreed with you.
We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect storage or handling after delivery. Claims are governed by the supply agreement or, if none applies, by the provisions of the Albanian Civil Code.
7. Allergens and food safety
Ingredient and allergen information is shown on each product label. Customers who prepare and serve food are responsible for informing their own guests about allergens in the dishes they serve.
8. Use of the website
You may not use this website for any unlawful purpose, try to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or send spam or harmful software through our forms.
9. Intellectual property
The content of this website and our catalogue, including texts, photos and the PrestigjAlb name and logo, belongs to PrestigjAlb or is used with permission. Product brands, names and labels belong to their respective manufacturers. You may not copy or use our content for commercial purposes without our written consent.
10. Liability
We do our best to keep the website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will always be complete, up to date or free of interruptions. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as transport or customs disruptions.
11. Personal data
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Albanian Law No. 124/2024 “On the Protection of Personal Data”.
12. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania. Any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts in Tirana.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with the date of the last update at the top.
