DESCRIPTION
Gastronomic product based on meat obtained from pork middels of EC origin, which is salted and flavoured and cooked in the oven. The roast has an intense flavour typical of roasted meat, flavoured with herbs and spices. The product is vacuum-packed in an aluminium-coated and pasteurised bag.
