DESCRIPTION
The product is made from pork meat minced to a medium grain. The mixture is seasoned with salt, herbs and spices; in the spicy version, paprika is more prevalent than other spices. When cut, it presents a compact slice with a delicate aroma, the flavour is typical of the product, spicy, sweet or spicy (in the version with spicy paprika). The product is vacuum-packed in compliance with current regulations on the matter.
