DESCRIPTION
Seasoned salami obtained by salting and dry flavouring the lean ventral part of the pig; the product is available in four versions: sweet, smoked, pepper-flavoured and chilli-flavoured. The meat used comes from EC countries. The seasoning takes place according to tradition in controlled environments. When cut, the product is characterised by the typical alternation of layers of bright red lean meat and pinkish white fat; on the palate it is soft, sweet and slightly spicy. The product is available vacuum-packed in thermoformed film.
