DESCRIPTION
Gastronomic product based on meat obtained from the whole part of the pork leg which, salted and flavoured with brine, is cooked in the oven. The roast has an intense flavour typical of roasted meat, flavoured with herbs and spices. The product does not contain allergens and is therefore suitable for celiac consumers and those intolerant to lactose. The roast is vacuum-packed in an aluminium-coated and pasteurised bag.
