Cooked ham produced from fresh boneless pork leg, salted, flavoured in brine and steamed. The meat used is from EC origin. The product has a typical aroma, sweet with fruity notes and slightly spicy. The product is available in whole and half trunk format, vacuum-packed in double wrapping (hygienic film + aluminium bag).
