Salami produced with pork belly and ham from the EC, coarsely minced, salted, flavoured and stuffed into synthetic casings. The salami has a medium grain and a typical “Ventricina” aroma characterised by the presence of aromatic herbs and spices with a predominance of chopped chilli pepper. The salami is available in different formats, packaged loose or vacuum-packed in compliance with current regulations.
