DESCRIPTION
Seasoned salami produced with fresh meat from the neck muscle of the pig, salted, flavoured and matured according to tradition in controlled environments. The meat used comes from EC countries. When cut, the product is red in colour with white intramuscular fat. The flavour is typical of a Parma seasoned salami, sweet with hints of spices and aromatic herbs. The product does not contain allergens and is suitable for celiac and lactose intolerant consumers. The salami is available loose or vacuum-packed.
