DESCRIPTION
Cooked meat based on recomposed meat obtained from fresh minced pork salted and flavoured in brine and steamed. The meat used comes from EC countries. The product has the typical flavour of slightly spiced cooked meat. The product is available in whole or half bag format and vacuum-packed in double wrapping (hygienic film + aluminium bag).
