DESCRIPTION
Mortadella produced with finely minced pork from the EC and mixed with salt and herbs. The lardons are obtained by dicing the hard fat from the back of the pig. When cut, it is pink with white and compact lardons. The product is full on the palate and has an intense flavour with spicy notes. It is available with or without pistachios and without added polyphosphates. The product is vacuum-packed and available in various formats.
The recipe is without the addition of polyphosphates; contains pistachio when specified.
